I’ve been interested in taxations for lengthier then I care to acknowledge, both on the private side (all my employed life!!) and from a legal standpoint since satisfying the bar and pursuing tax law. Hey Ray,
Life insurance proceeds are not taxable. So, if you can get the policy accelerated, it would be a non-taxable event.
